This master's thesis deals with business simulation games. The first part introduces us to the field of business management, analysis of available business simulations and situation of this market. Further in the text we will find design of new business simulation game. In the last part there is a complete description of project realization. The main contribution is an unusual theme (software selling companies), availability and modern solution. 
The Proposal for the Implementation of Sheltered Workshop

This diploma thesis deals with the proposal for the implementation of the sheltered workshop in Jihlava. The thesis is a response to the current state of unemployment of people with physical disabilities, who have very little chance of getting full employment in the labour market. This thesis creates a precondition for the successful establishment of a sheltered workshop, as competitively capable business in the region of Vysocina.
Revision of internal processes in company and improvement proposals

The Master´s thesis concentrates on the internal processes in a company. There are analysed the basic internal processes of all management levels. The Master´s thesis is devided in two basic parts – analysis and improvement proposals. In the proposals I concetrated on improvements making the effectivity of processes higher. Mostly it was making the duration shorter, increase of quality and simplified organisation.
Controlling in the construction company

The subject of this thesis is to contribute to the improvement of controlling system in the construction company. The main emphasis is on the use of appropriate controlling tools, which would have a positive impact on the management of a particular enterprise. The thesis analyzes the area of controlling stock in XYZ Company, Inc. The introduction defines the concept of business management, controlling and its theoretical basis, further describes the current activities of the controlling company. In the last part of the thesis proposed actions to improve the functioning of the controlling system, including the evaluation of the benefits for the company.
Business management of a limited company

The main purpose of this thesis is to describe and analyze the concept of business management the Czech legislator works with, but does not deal with its definition. For this purpose, case-law and doctrinal contributions are analyzed, including the foreign regulation, which is a suitable addition to interpretation, as the Czech legislator was inspired by it. Partial differences of limited liability and joint-stock companies are also taken into account. At the beginning, the author discusses the content of parts of the work, its purpose and unifies the terms used. In the first part, the author describes the positive and negative definition of the concept of business management. Judicial and doctrinal sources desrcibe this as a regular decision-making activity about the company's business activities, affecting the daily operation of the business establishment. On the contrary, they conclude that business management does not include, for example, strategic management. The author also does not consider bookkeeping to be part of business management. 1 Abstract Business management of a capital company This thesis deals with the business management of a capital company. This thesis summarizes applicable legislation and conclusions of legal theory. Conclusions of legal theory are calssified in the structure of the thesis and provide complex description of the business management of a capital company. This thesis summarizes court decisions and classifies them in the structure of the thesis. The thesis summarizes and describe important conclusions of legal theory and court decisions, deals with their evolution and identifies and provides interpretation for contradictions. The first chapter deals with theoretical definition of the business management, position of the business management in the structure of a capital company, strategic decisions, common decisions, decisions in relation to a capital company and differentiation of those decisions from the business management. Further the thesis in this chapter deals with definitions of the business management provided by courts and with specific decisions and actions assessed as the business management by court decisions. Decision-making by the statutory body in the relation to the capital company's internal affairs Abstract This dissertation considers the issue of decision-making by the statutory body in relation to the internal affairs of a capital company. The second chapter analyses existing case law concerning the concept of business management and compares it with doctrinal sources. In this context, business management is distinguished from other areas of responsibility the statutory body has in relation to the company's internal affairs. It also assesses to what extent the designation of business management as an internal branch of power is truly appropriate. The subsequent chapter discusses the competencies of the general meeting which directly affect the area of making business decisions; namely the amendment of articles of association, the approval of substantial property transactions and the power of general meeting to lay down the basic principles of how the business is managed. The fourth chapter is about the boundaries arising from the very notion of business management as compared to doctrinal sources and the practice of the courts. Business Management in the Transnational Relations

This dissertation deals with the institute of business management with a transnational element. At the beginning of the thesis there are given three basic goals of the work. Their common feature is the effort to make the internal market of the European Union more effective. In the first chapter there are two questions discussed: on the one hand the actuality of the problem and on the other hand the perspective of the chosen topic. The first chapter also brings the definition of the term business management, while in the second chapter there are already described possible interventions into business management under Czech law. In principle, it is possible to distinguish two different forms of intervention, namely internal and external intervention. Under Czech law, the internal intervention represents the institute of the requested instruction and the external intervention the institute of the concern instruction. Through both forms of intervention, a foreign person can exercise its influence on Czech company. The third chapter is in its essence legal comparatistics and deals with the possibilities of intervention into business management under selected legal orders. The dissertation thesis is focused on the management of companies in the field of health-oriented tourism. Business management is conceived in a broad context, not only as traditionally in terms of financial indicators, but also in terms of strategic management of companies, in connection with management competencies. The aim of this work is to assess the economy of companies in the field of health-oriented tourism infrastructure and to propose methods and procedures applicable to the development of health care as a whole without the need to increase funding sources and propose a possible model for sustainable functioning of health-tourism businesses.
